To put it simply… nothing! It should look exactly the same when we are done as when we started! We can’t promise perfection, as roofing is a messy job, but at CTL Pro, we take pride in a job done right, and that means covering landscaping and AC units when needed. It means cleaning up all debris & nails. It means, if we happen to crush a prize-winning heirloom tomato plant, we’ll make it right!
Possibly… but not likely. We will usually need to access the attic during our initial roofing inspection, but that’s about it. For siding work, the interior is generally not affected at all. One exception would be if the damage extends to the interior walls – but we would know that well before the job starts. So there shouldn’t be any surprises.

Absolutely! We carry both general liability and workers’ compensation insurance and our Louisiana Residential Contractor’s license # is RL.01365.
Generally, we collect a 40% deposit when the contract is signed, or just before the job starts. The remainder is due upon completion. We accept checks, credit cards, and cash. Your sales rep can pick up a payment or you can pay right from the digital invoice we email. We also offer financing. If you’re interested, give us a call to see if you qualify! It couldn’t be simpler.
This varies by job and by city/parish, but for a roof replacement – usually, yes! Smaller projects like painting and carpentry may not require a permit, but we’ll always handle that process if one is required!
For roof replacements, we aim for 7-10 days from contracts signed to roof completion. A roof replacement is almost always a 1-day job, so this “7-10 days” is a very do-able timeline. Barring no major weather events delaying us, we hit this mark 99% of the time. Exterior construction jobs are a little trickier. We can’t promise one particular timeline, but we can promise that we will keep you updated while you wait for your project to begin.

Maybe a little. We try our best to include everything when we estimate a job… but sometimes it’s impossible to see all damage. For example, when we replace a roof, we need good solid decking (i.e., wood) to attach the shingles to. But it’s impossible to know what that decking looks like before we tear off the shingles & old felt. The best we can do in this case is this: We give you our price for any sheet of decking that might need to be changed, and we give you our best guess as to how many sheets we think may need to be changed. Sometimes we don’t get it exactly right, because we are human and we don’t have X-Ray vision. Bottom line – we can only bid what we can see. And for what we can’t see, we’ll keep you updated the moment anything changes. Communication is key here.
