What you get when you choose CTL to do your roof!
Remove your old roof system all the way down to the decking and replace any rotten decking found, there is no other way to ensure your brand new roof is fastened to a solid nail-able surface. This is where a lot of contractors cut corners, if you are getting other bids please make sure you are comparing apples to apples. I assure you not all roofs are created equal.
We install synthetic underlayment 100% of the time. Shingle manufactures highly reward using this product in their warranties and so do we! It is a “must use” product for us and is no additional charge to the customer.
During the install you will have a dedicated project manager to answer any of your questions or concerns. They will supervise the job to make sure everything is done in accordance with our strict standards and will conclude with a final walkthrough to make sure you are satisfied with the work.
Once we have completed the job, our customers get a 5 year labor warranty in addition to the already abundant shingle manufactures warranty.
